Items offered by Nerak Designs LLC are all unique and one of a kind. Hence our ordering and shipping procedures reflect that uniqueness.
Ordering and Billing Process The email address that you supply when placing an order will be used to uniquely identify you as a customer. All correspondence regarding an order, including refunds and adjustments, will be processed using the original ordering email and original ordering payment method. As soon as an order is received by Nerak Designs LLC you will receive a confirmation of the order receipt via email. That confirmation will contain a unique order number that will follow the item throughout the billing and shipping process. Here at Nerak Designs LLC we do not charge for shipping.
Shipping Process We strive to ship the item within 4 business days from the order date. The shipping container will be an outer cardboard box, an inner display box with the item(s) and display card(s),and two copies of the purchase invoice/receipt (one to be used if you return the item). Nerak Designs LLC ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground. Currently, we only ship within the United States. All shipments are insured using the USPS standard insurance. You will receive a shipping notice via email once the item has shipped which will contain the order number and the USPS tracking number.
Cancelling an Order Before Shipping: If you decide to cancel an order before shipping, please notify Nerak Designs LLC immediately at nerakdesignsjewelry@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, then please adhere to the Nerak Designs LLC Return Policy, with the link at the footer of the website.

Note: Nerak Designs LLC is not liable for lost shipments, stolen shipments, or damaged shipments.

Lost/Stolen Orders. If tracking indicates that the shipment was delivered to the shipping address on the order, no refund will be issued to the customer. If after a reasonable period of time, tracking cannot determine the status of the order (lost or stolen), the customer can choose to pursue a claim with USPS or ask Nerak Designs LLC to do so. If Nerak Designs LLC sees and obtains a successful claim from USPS, a refund will be issued.
