Returning an Unopened Order after Receipt:
You have 15 calendar days from the date of shipment to return an unopened shipment. You may either (1) Take the unopened box to your nearest USPS office and ask them the best way to ship it back to Nerak Designs LLC, or (2) Create a new shipping label, affix it to the original shipping box, and ship it back to Nerak Designs LLC, PO Box 22700 Nashville TN 37202-4105, using the carrier of your choice. You will be responsible for the shipping costs. Upon arrival at Nerak Designs LLC, if there is no damage to the jewelry item a refund will be issued. If there is damage to the jewelry item a refund will not be issued, Please notify Nerak Designs LLC via email that you have initiated a return.

Returning an Opened Order: Items can be returned to Nerak Designs LLC within 15 calendar days from the shipping date. If you choose to return an item, please notify Nerak Designs LLC, via email, within that 15-day period. You must use the email address you supplied when placing the order. Using a mailing service of your choice, return the item to Nerak Designs LLC at PO Box 22700 Nashville TN 37202-4105 along with:

- The original shipping container & packaging (purchased item, black jewelry box and earring/necklace display card)
- One copy of the shipping confirmation sent with the item
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost including insurance.

Once the item is received by Nerak Designs LLC in its original condition, a refund will be issued to you using the original payment method. Please remember if the item is returned and the outside packaging is not damaged, but the item inside is damaged, a refund will not be issued. Please notify Nerak Designs LLC via email that you have initiated a return.

Revisions to this Returns Policy. Nerak Designs LLC reserves the right to change these terms without notice. Please review these often. Such changes and revisions will become effective immediately.
